Below is a super simple and compact way to show the state of cookies and also allow the state to be changed by the user. This approach avoids using the word cookie and uses simple English to attempt to explain what the settings are. Users can turn ON or OFF these settings with the "slider" buttons or with alternative FA5 checkbox symbols. Any suitable images can be used to replace these buttons.
